Not all content is created equal. We have coupled up with the ‘fanatical few’ that have equal measures of following, reach, influence and impact that can benefit complementary brands.

We acknowledge that we have influence over who is represented and who is listened to, and so have purposefully gone out to build a talent roster representing many different perspectives. Our approach here is slightly different to your usual, in that our influencers and talent are true allies. We know them innately, represent everything they stand for, and then go out and introduce them to brands or match them to briefs that align with their values just as much as the brand does to them. We fly the flag for talent who are a good influence on their audience. This pulls through to how we conduct our business and we want to always operate in a way that ensures our words and our actions are one in the same.

Straight up

We say it like it is in a respectful way. We leave our egos at the door and look from each person’s perspective when dealing with both talent and clients to get the best outcome, always. No fit is no go.

We are committed to representing and championing the work of our talent and creators from diverse backgrounds and we celebrate human differences across race, ethnicity, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, social class, physical ability or attributes and religion.

Choosing glass half full

We always have the choice on how we respond. Yes, things happen outside of our control, and we focus on being better every day to do better for everyone.

Hard work

Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Success and hard work aren’t mutually exclusive and we always close the loop – we want to know why things won’t work as much as we want to know when it’s all go. We demand respect from all angles as a result.

Self-improvement

We know we’re not perfect so let us know when we’ve stuffed up and give us a chance to make it better.  We are also reading, listening and applying across all facets of the job.
