Eating the rainbow while other people eat her dust, sprinter and sports influencer Isabel Neal uses her science & nutrition degree and roadrunner-like speed to outpace any competition.

Her talents don’t stop there though, as her bank balance belies a proficiency in online shopping and beauty buying that she counters with more wholesome activities like hiking, meditating every morning and ocean swimming (even in the depths of winter).

On the rise and tipped to meet Olympic goals, Izzy has used challenges faced in her life as motivation to take on a positive, flexible attitude no matter what life throws at you and ultimately develop a winner’s mindset that translates on the track too.
